1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships

4. Order Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships

You can track your order directly through the carrier's website using your tracking number

Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update after your order ships

5. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to all 50 US states including Alaska and Hawaii

We ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO military addresses via standard shipping

International shipping is available to select countries — availability shown at checkout

Some products may have shipping restrictions based on size or weight
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
NestReady Co. is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package:

7. Shipping Delays
NestReady Co. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

Weather events or natural disasters

Carrier delays or high volume periods (holidays, peak seasons)

Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

Customs delays for international orders
If you experience an unusual delay, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
8. Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at support@nestreadyco.com. We will do our best to accommodate address changes before the order ships. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
