1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date

  • Item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email) must be provided

  • Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return



2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear

  • Items returned after the 30-day return window

  • Items without original packaging or proof of purchase

  • Gift cards or store credits



3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  • Step 2: Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions

  • Step 3: Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method

  • Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed



4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective

  • If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank before contacting us — processing times vary by institution



5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@nestreadyco.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the damaged or defective item

  • A brief description of the issue

We will send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund — your choice.



6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order at nestreadyco.com.



7. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items

  • NestReady Co. is not responsible for items lost in transit during a return
